Mélanie joined Hoche Avocats in 2022 after a year and half as an associate in Boivin & Associés.

She advises public and private clients on all aspects of public law (public procurement contracts, public domaniality, national and local public enterprises, state aid, etc.) and regulatory law (energy, transport, electronic communications).

Mélanie also specializes in environmental law (classified facilities, management of polluted sites, environmental authorizations, etc.).

Since 2023, Mélanie has been a lecturer in Public Law at the School of Public Affairs at Sciences Po Paris.
