Jessica Dedios has been a lawyer in the business litigation – commercial contracts department of Hoche Avocats since 2017. She was appointed counsel in January 2023.

She advises French and foreign companies as well as their management team and/or shareholders on the prevention and resolution of complex business litigation. She is particularly involved in shareholders, post-acquisition and management liability disputes.

She assists and represents our clients before civil and commercial courts and in conciliations and mediations.

She also advises clients on commercial law, economic law, and commercial leases.
