Jennifer Pernet has been a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A, Private-Equity department since 2007. She was appointed counsel in March 2018.

Specializing in mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and corporate law, she assists companies with their external growth and fund-raising projects.

She advises clients including SMEs and ETIs, international groups, investment funds and executives in particular in the context of reorganizations and strategic alliances. She works in a variety of fields.

Jennifer holds a DEA (post graduate degree) in contract law from the University of Paris-Sud XI Sceaux.
