Guillaume Seligmann, is in charge of the Technology practice of the firm. He is active in all the main domains of technology law (IT law, Internet law, and Core Tech), advising his clients on a wide range of transactions, disputes, and regulatory issues, both in France and internationally. Throughout his two decades of professional practice in major French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, Guillaume has advised a clientele of tech industry players, large corporations, and SMEs in all areas of technology.

The Technology team has built very broad sectoral expertise, which covers:
–  IT law (IT systems, software, services, outsourcing),
–  Internet law (e-Commerce, platforms, Big Data, Ad-tech, personal data, cyber security), and
–  Core Tech (artificial intelligence, blockchains and cryptoassets, Fin-tech, telecoms, robotics, renewable energies and Smart Grid)

During his two decades of professional practice within large French and international law firms, Guillaume has advised a wide range of clients, including players of tech industries, large corporates and SMEs in all areas of technology law.
