Law firm HOCHE Avocats reveals four new counsels : Zoé de Dampierre, Jessica Dedios, Amandine Doury, and Christophe Marie.
Hoche Avocats is pleased to announce the appointment of four new counsels within the firm:
➡️ Zoé de Dampierre, a lawyer in our corporate tax department since 2012.
➡️ Jessica Dedios, a lawyer in our business litigation – commercial contracts department since 2017.
➡️ Amandine Doury, lawyer in our Corporate, M&A, Private-Equity department since 2015.
➡️ and Christophe Marie, lawyer in our Employment Law department since 2021.
Zoé de Dampierre has been a lawyer in the corporate tax department of Hoche Avocats since 2012. She advises clients, including French and international groups, on all their day-to-day tax issues as well as on their exceptional transactions. She also manages and monitors tax audits and litigation.
Before joining Hoche Avocats, Zoé de Dampierre worked 4 years in administrative jurisdiction.
Every year at the beginning of the year, she participates in “Les Rencontres fiscales” (Tax Meeting) with other members of the tax department. This conference presents the new measures of the Finance Act and developpments on french and international taxation. She also runs training courses for the EFE (Abilways Group).
Jessica Dedios is a member of the Paris Bar since 2012. She has been a lawyer in the Business Litigation – Commercial Contracts department of Hoche Avocats since 2017.
She advises French and foreign companies as well as their managers and/or shareholders on the prevention and resolution of complex business litigation. She is particularly involved in shareholder, acquisition and management liability disputes. She assists and represents the firm’s clients before the civil and commercial courts and in conciliations and mediations.
She also advises on a variety of commercial law issues, economic law and commercial leases.
Amandine Doury has been a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity department since 2015.
She advises clients including SMEs and SMIs, international groups, investment funds and managers in the context of sale and acquisition transactions, LBOs, external growth, reorganisation and strategic alliances.
Christophe Marie has been a lawyer in the employment law department since 2021. He advises French and international clients on employment law. He assists them in all aspects of employment law, including day-to-day human resources issues. He has developed a particular expertise in managing the social aspects of merger/acquisition operations (audits, consultation of employee representatives, support on social consequences), refinancing and outsourcing, by participating in major multi-jurisdictional transactions.
He also advises on restructuring and mass redundancies for economic reasons (job protection plans, company transfers, etc.).
