19/05/2016 – Hoche Société d’Avocats advised the Canadian Specialized Packaging Group LP on the sale of its French subsidiaries Sapronit (Wisches) and Sapronit Process (Lyon).

Hoche Société d’Avocats advised the Canadian Specialized Packaging Group LP/Groupe Emballage Spécialisé, S.E.C. on the sale of its French subsidiaries Sapronit (Wisches) and Sapronit Process (Lyon), taken over by their senior management with support from Alsace Capital.

Established in Wisches for over 50 years and with a subsidiary in Pusignan (69), Sapronit is one of the leading French players in the industrial foam market. The group offers a wide range of products covering the technical packaging, luxury packaging, insulation and industrial parts segments.

The seller was advised by Guillaume Martinet, partner, and Alexia Berbain Faguer, counsel.
