Hoche Avocats strengthens its M&A and private-equity practice with the arrival of Louis Leroy as partner
Hoche Avocats is pleased to announce the arrival of Louis Leroy as a partner in the corporate department. He joins the M&A/PE team headed by Jean-Luc Blein, which now comprises 4 partners, 3 counsels and 6 associates.
Louis Leroy mainly advises on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, working alongside French and foreign companies and their founders, managers and investment funds.
After an LLM from Queen Mary University of London (2010) and a Master 2 in Business Law from Université Paris Dauphine (2011), Louis began his career at Fieldfisher.
He also previously worked in the corporate M&A teams at McDermott Will & Emery and Racine before joining Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP as Counsel.
Jean-Luc Blein, a member of the Executive Committee, is delighted with the arrival of Louis Leroy, who will strengthen the firm’s M&A-PE practice and enable it to expand its scope of operations.
