Hoche Avocats strengthens its Corporate M&A – Private-Equity department with the arrival of Adina Mihaescu as Counsel
Adina Mihaescu joins Hoche Avocats as Counsel in the Corporate M&A – Private-Equity department.
Adina Mihaescu was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014 and graduated from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 – Business Law) and Georgetown University (LL.M., 2013).
Prior to joining Hoche Avocats, Adina Mihaescu worked for seven years at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP Paris.
She advises small and medium-sized companies, international groups, investment funds and managers in a wide variety of transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, external growth, reorganizations, and strategic alliances. She is experienced in a variety of fields, including technology, industry, and healthcare.
She joins the Corporate M&A – Private-Equity team of Hoche Avocats, which consists of about twenty lawyers and partners who advise industrial players and have been assisting private equity professionals in LBO and private equity transactions for a long time.
