Hoche Avocats has assisted Indigo Capital on its investment in Docoon, a leading provider of solutions for the digitization of exchanges and the dematerialization of business processes
The shareholders of DOCOON Group, Laurent MEZRAHI and Arnaud LEJEUNE, as well as the other members of the management team, have welcome INDIGO CAPITAL as the new reference investor.
Resulting from the combination in 2020 of ODYSSEY MESSAGING, a B2B omnichannel communication software solution (SMS, e-mail, fax, mail, etc.) and DPII, a business process dematerialization solution, the new entity, named DOCOON, consolidates its position among the top 100 French software publishers and is positioned to participate in the consolidation of its market in a context of strong acceleration of regulatory obligations relating to dematerialization for companies.
The Group relies on the unique quality and security of its processing in its market segment, the “scalability” of its model, proven expertise and know-how in external growth and an extensive network of partners-distributors, which enables it to cover the entire territory and all types of customers, from small to large companies. The Group covers a wide range of sectors, including in highly regulated sectors (health data, deliverability issues, etc.).
DOCOON’s revenues exceed €12 million, and have grown significantly over the past eight years, driven by the continued development of its network of software publishers, integrators and distributors.
The transaction provides significant financial resources to support DOCOON’s growth, notably through an ambitious build-up strategy, which is central to the Group’s development plan.
The operation also allows key managers of the company to be shareholders of the company.
