Hoche Avocats co-opts a new tax partner
Already present and renowned for its corporate and transactional tax practice, Hoche Avocats is strengthening its teams with the arrival of Mathilde Le Roy as a partner.
Mathilde Le Roy has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2011. She mainly advises French and international groups on the day-to-day tax management of their businesses, their restructuring operations, their foreign establishments and during tax audits.
Her expertise includes LBO transactions, notably cross-border deals, whether for industrial clients or investment funds, on both due diligence and structuring aspects, in coordination with local partners where appropriate.
She also assists executives in structuring their professional investments and their compensation (in France and abroad).
According to Éric Quentin, founder & managing partner of the firm, head of the department, “this arrival is the reflection of the firm’s desire to strengthen its teams and its tax practice amongst others, but also to bring in experienced talents to better serve its clients, in an increasingly international, complex and demanding tax environment.”
