Initiative & Finance “Tomorrow” and Arkéa Capital succeed to Turenne Emergence in acquiring a majority stake in Ocellis, alongside founder Christophe Pinot and management.
Founded in 1999, Ocellis, the specialist in office space design, has gone from SME to a medium-sized group in three years, and aims to double its €85 million in revenues over the next four years.
This step will enable the Ocellis group to open up to new regions and accelerate the deployment of energy-related businesses in all its branches, continuing its strong development while strengthening the presence of its key managers in the capital.
Hoche Avocats advised Initiative & Finance “Tomorrow” on tax issues, with a team comprising Mathilde Le Roy (Partner) and Mina Bouharchich (Associate).
