Hoche Avocats and Drinker, Biddle & Reath advise Mecadaq Group on the acquisition of top US metal machining company Hirschler Manufacturing Inc

Mecadaq Group pursues its strategy of consolidating the subtracting chain of aerospace industry by performing the acquisition of the American company, Hirschler Manufacturing INC., specialized in the machining industry of hard metals, as well as critical and complex parts.

Established in the Seattle area, and generating $9 million in revenues, Hirschler manufacturing INC., has been a strategic supplier for more than 50 years, for major aeronautical contractors such as Spirit Aerosmith and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, as well as for the aircraft manufacturer Boeing. Mecadaq thus achieves its third external growth transaction in less than 24 months, bringing its consolidated turnover to nearly €60 million with more than 300 employees.
