Hoche Avocats advises the sellers in connection with the acquisition of Infidis by SPIE
SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, announces an agreement for the acquisition of Infidis.
Established in 1999 and based in Boulogne-Billancourt in France, Infidis is specialized in the design, the integration, and the maintenance of data center infrastructures with a specific expertise in hyper-converged architectures. The company employs 63 people and generated revenue of around €70 million in 2020.
This acquisition positions SPIE ICS, the digital services subsidiary of SPIE France, as one of the French leaders in the field of data center infrastructures, particularly hyper-converged ones and creates significant business synergy opportunities. Together, Infidis and SPIE will constitute a major player able to offer its customers comprehensive integration and service solutions for data centers.
The closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
