Hoche Avocats advises the Managers on the Mbo bis of the LT Group.
The French company established in 2003, LT (Rental and Transport), one of the leaders in BTP construction implements rental and transport at national level, reorganizes its shareholder structure.
MBO Partenaires, which was its minority shareholder for 7 years before stepping down at the end of 2015, comes back with two co-investors- Arkea Capital and Amundi PEF- alongside the manager, M. Eric Van Acker, up in business since 2015. The two founders’ managers are stepping down.
Active in Ile de France, Aquitaine, and Champagne, le LT Group holds three poles of activities. Subsidiaries Lotrabat, San Martin, STC and SMCI officiate in the rental and distribution of construction equipment, Caupamat, A-trait, Battud and Delvaux, in the rental and distribution of construction equipment, and Skippy and Aetas, in the passenger transport. In 2017, the group’s turnover was close to 40 million€ for an EBITDA margin between 20 and 25 %.
The transaction would enhance the company by 75M€, company of 250 employees, displaying 45M of revenues in 2017 with an EBITDA margin of more than 25%.
