Hoche Avocats advises Polygon in the context of the takeover of the activities of Uni Promotion and Up Renovation (ADN Group) under pre-pack administration sale

Following a competitive bidding process conducted within the framework of a conciliation proceeding, a French amicable and confidential proceeding, the Paris Commercial Court has approved a sale of assets plan to the benefit of Polygon, a world specialist and European leader in the field of in Property Damage Control, and accordingly ordered the transfer of the assets and teams of Uni Promotion and Up Renovation, the main subsidiaries of the ADN Group to Polygon.

Uni Promotion was founded in 1967 and specializes in property damage restoration particularly in Leak detection. It is established in 4 regions and 6 cities: Île de France, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon, Rennes and Tours. Its particular know-how in property salvage for medium and high-stakes HRM cases has been anchored in the landscape of post-disaster companies for more than three decades. Four years ago, the Group completed its service offering by proposing reconstruction services work provided by UP Renovation.

With this operation, Polygon, present on 3 continents and in 16 countries, consolidates its geographical position, extends its range of services in France and continues its drive to be the world leader in property damage control.
