Hoche Avocats advises Meanings Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Emresa
A key player in private equity investment, focusing on Small Cap & Mid Cap segments, Meanings Capital Partners, through its Meanings Private Equity Growth (MPEG) fund, acquires the majority of the shares in the Emresa group, alongside the group’s management.
The Luxembourg-based company Emresa, known under the commercial brand Sympass, has established itself as a leader in employee benefits and services through a network of partners based in Luxembourg, as well as in France, Belgium, and Germany.
With this deal, the Meanings Capital Partners fund continues to support the company’s growth into new territories, enabling it to achieve a leading position in employee benefits.
