Hoche Avocats advises Indigo on the acquisition of TFour by Odity
Backed by Inter Invest and mezzanine financing from Indigo, Odity, the customer relationship specialist for major brands, has increased its revenues to €40m with the acquisition of the entire share capital of the Milanese family-owned company TFour, the local leader in its market.
