Hoche Avocats advises French Food Capital and Financière Darville (Eric Levet) on the LBO of Rolmer
Founded in 1986 in Challans in the Vendée, Rolmer has become one of the French leaders in the market for seafood and the manufacture of ultra-fresh delicatessen products (aperitifs, hot dishes, delicatessen products and frozen food).
Purchased in 2013 by Laurent Mauray, Rolmer has experienced strong development with an average growth of 10% per year for 8 years to reach €24 million in turnover by 2021.
Mauray has decided to hand over the reins of the company to Eric Levet (via Financière Darville), an experienced entrepreneurial leader in the food industry (Locafrais and Blini, sold to Labeyrie in 2005), who will continue to develop the brand, while being accompanied by the investment fund FrenchFood Capital.
