Hoche Avocat advises Sagesse Retraite Santé (SRS) Company on the Arenadour Group’s acquisition.
The industrial holding SRS, pioneer in private Ehpad in France, expands by acquiring by LBO bis the Arenadour Group, leader in thermal establishments situated in the French Landes department. Supported by two co-investors, the Group takes over a six establishment’s network located in Dax and Saint-Paul les Dax. This network generated a turnover of nearly 30 million. SRS pursues its development in the thermal sector which is growing at an annual rate of 3%.
