Mathilde Botti joined Hoche Avocats in January 2023 after serving as an Associate attorney at FLV & Associates, a well-respected French law firm.

Mathilde Botti specializes in negotiating commercial agreements, commercial litigation, and had a strong understanding of American laws and proceedings.

Mathilde Botti is frequently entrusted with drafting, negotiating, and closing significant commercial agreements. She is experienced in representing large international conglomerates as sellers or buyers in substantially large commercial agreements. Further, she has handled litigation at its opening stages, and has also submitted appellate briefs on commercial business issues.

She works closely with the other departments of the firm and in particular with the restructuring department.

In addition to her membership Paris bar, she holds an LL.M and a Law degree (J.D.) from the University of Iowa and is licensed to practice in the United States.
