Hoche Avocats advises Derichebourg in the context of Derichebourg Multiservices and Elior Group’s project to create a leader in collective catering and multiservices
On December 20, 2022, the Derichebourg Group announced the signing of a letter of intent with Elior Group with a view to transffering Elior Group its Multiservices (“DMS”) business.
This transaction, which is expected to be completed in April-May 2023, would allow Elior Group to strengthen its financial profile and develop new business opportunities, with the support of a long-term reference shareholder. Elior Group’s international presence would be strengthened.
This project should create a new French champion in the field of contract catering and multiservices. DMS’s experience and operational excellence will create value and commercial opportunities to address a changing market and develop the growth of the new entity.
Derichebourg will apply to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) for an exemption from the obligation to file a public tender offer for the shares of Elior Group.
