Sophie Millet holds a Master degree in Business Litigation from the University of Paris I. She joined Hoche in 2018 as Counsel, after 7 years as an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, a law firm specializing in business law.

Sophie is a member of the Corporate, M&A and Private-Equity Department and advises, in both French and English, clients, including SMEs, international groups, investment funds and management team on a wide variety of transactions such as mergers and acquisition, LBOs, external growth, reorganization and strategic alliances. She is experienced in various business sectors.
