Hoche Avocats advises Crystal Group on its acquisition of Groupe Corelliance

Groupe Corelliance, a major player in wealth management with offices in Marseille and Toulon, joins Laplace, the private wealth management arm of Crystal, the leader in entrepreneurial wealth management in France.

This acquisition is the Crystal group’s 30th external growth operation since 2021, and the first since Goldman Sachs Alternatives acquired a stake in Crystal.
